OEM service

We are OEM manufacture providing client service of cnc machining, injection mold, injection molding, die casting not only for components, but also for complex project developing. 

Design Service

We also provide design , DFM service , during RFQ phase, we offer DFM service , give comments or advise on client's drawing. avoid of any potential production risk.

 

Lead time:


Normally , tooling lead time is 25days to 35days, for some urgent project, we can get it fastest way on about 18 to 20days to finish the tooling. for some very big and complex tooling, the lead time may to be over 45-60days. production lead time normally it is 12 to 20days.

Coating and Printing:


We also provide coating surface & Printing for the plastic parts,  including conductive coating, soft touch coating.
